At its core, my work is about alignment—bringing together design, strategy, and human understanding to position your home, or your move, with intention.

With a background in executive leadership, human behavior, and a deep appreciation for design, I approach every home with both strategy and intention—seeing not just what is, but what a buyer will feel the moment they walk through the door… or scroll past it online.

As a professionally certified home stager, I guide sellers in preparing their home to compete at the highest level. This isn’t about decorating—it’s about positioning. Every space should have a purpose—helping buyers imagine what’s next, while positioning sellers to present each room at its highest and best use.

I enjoy taking an active role in shaping the photoshoot and curating the digital marketing that follows—ensuring every listing is thoughtfully packaged and strategically positioned to attract the right buyer. Perhaps that’s influenced by my

Marketing degree from Texas A&M University, or simply shaped by years of experience working with major retail brands.

My certification in EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence allows me to guide clients through the deeper layers of a move with clarity and confidence—especially when life transitions are involved. I often observe the body language of our buyer clients to validate how each home aligns with their targeted goals.
